Cheap rates with good value for the money. Not glamours or in a great neighborhood, but-The room was adequate, the bed comfortable, and the water hot. Check in was professional and I received help with a taxi upon checkout. I've paid more for a lot less

Stay away from that place fault advertising .

First of all, Hotels.com should be an investigation into the hotels that they show on the website. The place is absolutely deplorable, horrible bedbug infested holes in the mattresses and the blankets dirty and extremely noisy. They should pay people to stay there.

I went to reserve a king bed and ended up with a bed that was small. I’m tall. They wouldn’t change it even though they charged me for it.

No recomiendo para nada este hotel, no me dieron la habitación porque argumentan que no tienen convenio con hoteles.com. Resulta que me hicieron el cargo a mi tarjeta de crédito los de la administración del hotel.

Desagradable y un timo ,por poco no conseguimos hotel en Veracruz,y va para xpedia no pueden mandar a la gente a lugares como estos sin verificar,además está basura de hotel nos decían que ya no operaban ni con xpedia,ni Booking,ni ninguna otra le tomé fotos a los certificados que tenían contados en la pared y casi me fulminan atención xpedia con sus recomendaciones, gracias
