Para la estancia de 1 noche esta bien pero siento que le falta renovar un poco sus instalaciones. Lo que no me gustó fue el baño, la regadera esta dentro de la tina y esta esta muy alta y mi mamá que ya es un adulto mayor no pudo subir a la tina por la altura para poder bañarse. Lo demás estuvo bien para el precio.

La propiedad no tiene mantenimiento, los baños tienen fuga de agua y los climas no sirven, el personal se niega a cambiarte de habitación a menos que insistas mucho en ello hasta que te ven enojado te hacen el cambio. Las señoritas recepcionistas son groseras y nada amables, te tratan con la punta del zapato si les pides que te resuelvan la situación, mientras no te quejes son amables pero si tienes una queja son demasiado groseras. Imposible recomendar este hotel.

La ubicació, el tamaño de habitación, la tina dentro, el área de albercas es inmejorable. El precio muy accesible si viajas con familia. Ubicación estratégica, playa enfrente, un oxxo enfrente, bancos enfrente, museos cerca, plazas comerciales cerca. Falta mucho mantenimiento, alfombras muy sucias y mobiliario viejo pero es pasable. Había comentarios de chinches pero no vimos nada, hay hasta en los mejores hoteles de todo el.mundo. buena elección.
