Great service ans location. The hotel was clean and pool was lovely! Across the street from playa Martí - 10 minute bus ride to playa mocambo and 20 minute walk in either direction to many other beaches. The food choices are plentiful as well. Wonderful place to stay.

The other reviews were pretty accurate for the most part. The hotel is on a major road with thin walls so it is really noisy and hard to sleep if you get woken up easily. On my last night there on a Monday, someone was blasting music at 2am. The price was good and the pool is nice.

The staff at the front desk was not friendly at all and the cleanliness was terrible there were some hairs in the bathroom as well as next to the bed. Also the sheets, towels and mattresses were extremely old. The walls were pealing off. I just do not recommend this place. The only good thing I like about this hotel is the location and the view from the room (if you get ocean view).

Me hospedé durante 3 noches, cuando llegamos al cuarto, este estaba sucio del piso y la taza del baño tenía agua como cuando salpican al hacer del baño. Todos los empleados son agradables, pero en cuanto a mantenimiento de las instalaciones dejan mucho que desear. El elevador está a dos de dejar de funcionar mientras lo usas, se siente súper inseguro, y lo otro es que nunca había nadie en la cocina, siempre estuvo inactivo el servicio de desayunos 🥺 y bueno, las camas súper duras, de verdad no se descansa. Fuera de eso, la ubicación está perfecta y la alberca muy linda ✨

Todo el hotel luce bien, pero el material es barato y se nota una vez que se acuesta uno, se sienta ó toca los muebles. Las paredes son delgadas y se escucha todo el ruido de las otras habitaciones y del personal de limpieza. La locación es muy buena, pero la experiencia general bastante mala
