Clean and nice rooms, friendly staff, close to the Zócolo and malecón, and has a pool. I will stay here again next time I visit Veracruz! Only improvement I would appreciate is a jacuzzi.

Hotel Location a few blocks from malecón near the Harbor. Excellent secure onsite parking. Manager of hotel was kind enough to allow a move to a better room due to a stiff mattress. Very accommodating- no extra charge.

The service was ok in general, in spite of minor shortcomings, in particular poor hot water in the bathroom at night. However, the most relevant issue in general was that I was charged twice for taxes when paying online with Expedia: the original price for 4 nights included taxes, but when looking at the final price for the room that I booked I was charged again with taxes!!! Please, check this issue! Thanks.

What a disappointment

It was a pity our stay in this hotel. We had stayed a long time ago and never had an issue here. However, this time the staff was not welcoming, incredibly rude and did not understand a sensitive situation regarding my niece, who is a minor.

Hotel céntrico, te puedes mover con facilidad por la zona del malecon y el zocalo. Habitaciones limpias, personal muy amable. El unico pero, el mantenimiento de area de sanitario, la cortina de baño estaba con manchas de oxido (deberia ser reemplazada)

De las 2 habitaciones que ocupé, ninguna tuvo agua caliente, con el temporal de esos días hizo falta, el teléfono no sirve, no me dieron un control de clima y no se podía apagar en forma manual, una lámpara no hay foco, el servicio en el restaurante un poco lento habiendo escasos comensales...!!! Yo no vuelvo a hospedarme ahí...!!!

La ubicacion es excelente a tan solo 3 cuadras del cafe la parroquia, del malecon y del centro historico, estuvimos 3 dias y no hubo necesidad de taxi, solo caminar... La habitacion comoda y limpia, el colchon un poco duro, pero se descansa bien. No desayunamos ahi, por lo que de eso no tengo ninguna opinion.
