The beds were comfortable. Front desk wasn’t staffed adequately. Long lines. Some staff seemed happy and interested in helping, most others were just there doing their job without a helpful attitude. There wasn’t any AC in the lobby so waiting in line to check in was miserable. This was also the breakfast area so it was uncomfortable while trying to have breakfast. Breakfast items were average.

El hotel se encuentr amuy limpio, el personal es muy atento y los servicios son buenos. La vista a la playa es preciosa y funciona para escapar un fin de semana con la familia, cuenta con alberca y es de los pocos City Express que cuentan con servicio de restaurante, aunque con pocas opciones pero muy buenas y a precio accesible.
