The beds were comfortable. Front desk wasn’t staffed adequately. Long lines. Some staff seemed happy and interested in helping, most others were just there doing their job without a helpful attitude. There wasn’t any AC in the lobby so waiting in line to check in was miserable. This was also the breakfast area so it was uncomfortable while trying to have breakfast. Breakfast items were average.

El hotel tiene buena ubicacion en la zona hotelera, a pie de playa tambien es muy buena, sin embargo no cuenta con barra de bebidas y/o snacks para disfrutar dentro o fuera del mismo. Solo habia una chica en la recepción que no me parecio su manera de atender. Pero se lo demas todo bien.

Por temporada, estuvieron muy saturados, cuando llegamos había mucha gente y el tiempo espera para ingresar fue muy largo, muy tardado por huésted. Cuando llegamos la habitación estaba aún húmeda del piso, xq la limpieza acababa de hacerse. Omitieron colocar toallas. Creo que el personal estuvo rebasado en habilidades por la cantidad de la ocupación.

Les falta personal en recepción estuve parado más de media hora para que me pudieran atender y aunque reserve por expedía tuve que ir tres veces porque según no tenían habitación disponible Después cuando tomamos el baño la coladera de la regadera como que estaba tapada y no se iba el agua tuvimos que esperar más de 10 minutos para que mi hija se pudiera meter a bañar Sin contar que en más de dos ocasiones alguien fue a tocar ala habitación al rededor de la media noche Y al asomarnos Algunas personas estaban gritándose entre sí en el pasillo Valla que para descansar creo que está más tranquila la playa
