I really like this hotel we stay for three days. The rooms were amazing. They booked a small suite and it had two bathrooms, which was great.

Location is excellent, facility conditions need some improvement. The fridge wasn't cooling properly and the stove did not heat up very well. Needed some cleaning inside the cabinets. Personnel was very nice, the cleanness crew was very nice.

Great stay

This hotel was great! Very clean! The only real gripe I have is that the electricity turns off when you leave the room. You have to use your card for it to be on but they only give you one. That means you can’t leave tablets charging while you’re out and about. Also if it’s a really hot day, your room will need time to cool off when you come back. Hallways are very dim. Otherwise the pool was always clean The restaurant food was very good and they have a cute play area for kids while you eat. Please note the outdoor play area in the pictures was no longer there. It was a selling feature for us so we were bummed to discover this.

Nos gusta mucho su alberca, aunque hay que reconocer que es un hotel antiguo, que le falta mantenimiento, y no ofrece muchas amenidades. En nuestra habitación, el sofá cama para el quinto huesped es terrible, muy sucio y de muy mala calidad. Solicité a recepción una llave adicional (solo nos dieron una, siendo 5 huéspedes) y me la negaron, argumentando que tenían las llaves contadas, siendo que en la habitación el sistema eléctrico funciona con la llave. Es un buen hotel, buena ubicación, nos encanta la alberca, pero en general, siento que no se ha renovado y no está a la altura de otros

Sucio y descuidado

La habitación muy sucia, el baño cochino salpicado en paredes, sábanas sucias. Todo se le informó a recepción en dos ocasiones. Fueron atentas y ofrecieron resolverlo, sin embargo no fueron a limpiar nada. El cuarto ya con la cortinas rotas, sillas manchadas. Toallas percudidas.

No es cómodo y falta limpieza.

Buena ubicación y de fácil acceso. La limpieza en los cuartos no es muy buena ya que en las esquinas de la habitación no limpian muy bien y hay basura, al igual que en las salidas del aire acondicionado están sucias, se ve que tiene tiempo de que no las limpian (suite 817). Los colchones de la cama son demasiados blandos y el sofá cama prácticamente inservible, se hunde mucho porque los resortes están vencidos. Creo que no me volvería a hospedar aquí.
