The site was well maintained and clean as was the room. There is a McDonalds very close by for morning coffee, and Seaward avenue restaurants and the beach are just a few minutes walk away. Great, inexpensive place to stay for a visit to Ventura.

Don't let the pretty picture of the pool fool you. It's right next to the road and my key didn't even work to open the gate. And that comment about the AC someone left... Mine was so loud I had to leave it off but thankfully it was a cooler weekend. I want to say that the staff was super nice and there was ice and coffee in the lobby in the morning. But that's all I really have good to say because it is too near to a busy McDonald's and the main road that it was super noisy (kids showing off their engines) Sorry, just being honest. I won't stay there again.
