There are two good things about this hotel. The restaurant and the Ocean views. The rooms don’t have air conditioning and it is located right off the highway so it is noisy. The bed was not good and the shower was not good.

We love the restaurant . The food is excellent and view with an outdoor table is so beautiful! I received two texts to let them know eta, then when getting there early they said no early check-ins 🤔! Rooms and bathrooms are small, but comfortable enough. Can’t beat the view of the ocean.

Lovely to be so close to the ocean. However they could use some umbrellas over the outdoor chase lounge chairs - due to the intensity of the SUN. There was only one spot that was out of direct sunlight and it was taken by the same couple daily.??? Only shade was sitting on some uncomfortable wooden chairs set back from the cliff. Or your room. Otherwise it was a casual, quaint hotel and very pleasant. And the ambiance and FOOD at their restaurant was FANTASTIC!!!

Super cute place; kinda retro. most rooms have ocean view which is awesome. the pool/eating area is amazing. Some downsides: can hear others walking above or by the room. The hardest part was no a/c. Ventura usually isn't that hot so maybe they don't need it usually but they should have opened up my room to air it out before arriving. At least there was a portable fan.

We love our stay here because it’s so peaceful. Our room was comfy. A bit dated but we didn’t mind it because we love the ambience, the pool and the restaurant and the access to the bike trail. We will definitely stay here again.

Incredible views towards the ocean and slightly southwards. The dinner service and food was excellent - highly recommend. The rooms are on the smaller sized and are sufficient for purpose. Don't expect 5 star room amenities....the key point of attraction for me is the view. Right along CA HWY 101. If you can get the rooms with very large picture windows facing the ocean - GET THEM! Love this place.

Good hotel that is a bit dated but has a lot going for it. Right on the beach, poolside lounging and a surprisingly good restaurant. Was pleasantly surprised with the dinner. The rooms could use some updating but I felt like that is one of the reasons the property is a reasonable price. Would expect to pay much more for a location like this. Great stay overall.

The room was adorable and quaint! Very clean and tidy! Room service came by every day for fresh towels. The staff was friendly and helpful with any questions or concerns we had. The breakfast provided had many options, my favorite was the fresh fruit! I loved waking up to the sound of the waves, a very memorable moment. We will definitely be back.

The rooms are antiquated and not in good shape. They need new floors, sinks , furniture. Such a beautiful setting and restaurant with excellent food. Its a shame that the rooms do not match the quality of the setting and service.

Nice views!! Nice remodel on the rooms! Breakfast does not have any sneeze guards. No safes in the room or iron. Limited disability access. Great restaurant! Cleaning crew tore down our room when we were at breakfast on our check out am before we left and we had belongings in our room! They swiftly brought our things back to the room when I went back to tell them we are still here! Interesting!!! !
