This is a great hotel to stay in Venlo right in the main square. Feels luxurious and comes with free buffet breakfast. Hard to fault this hotel on anything really. Only possible thing was prob that ordered a twin room and got a double bed which was 2 single beds together so had to work out a way to seperate them. Glass toilet and shower in room so not much privacy so make sure youre staying with someone youre comfortable with. Overall great value for money though and would def stay here again

Loved the room, staff, breakfast. I was there on a Saturday night and had no idea things would still be going at midnight. A little much for me but the room was beautiful and spacious and the breakfast great. Can’t beat the in town location.

Super clean and great indoor cleanliness. The hotel is also good. Had a very hard time for the taxi guy to locate this place. People around it had not heard and there were other people whom we met who also had trouble locating this place. They better provide some landmarks like next to City Hall or so.

We had a big, nice room, but no external window, we looked adjecent office personel in the eye from 3 meters across the small atrium. Also for them propably a shocking sight :-). Breakfast wasn't bad, but not great either.

Everything about this hotel is great in theory. Town centre location, plenty of cafes/food outlets/shopping right outside & the hotel is spotlessly clean. Sadly, this was a disappointing experience for us. We arrived to find that the resaurant was not open on Mondays (a minor inconvenience so not a big problem). We were then given the keys to our room which was as described but it's only window pointed to a small enclosed area where neighbouring windows facing you were only around 2 metres away. The bathroom was part of the room, seperated only by a glass panel with very little privacy (Maybe it's me but I don't like to see a sillhouette of my fiancee sat on the toilet & no soundproofing). The hotel is situated next door to the town church which is charming in theory but you're going to need your windows open in June & the hourly chiming of the bells gets tiresome late into the evening & early in the morning. Finally, I didn't enjoy being waken at 7am by the fire alarm. I appreciate that fire alarms are there for safety but after quickly rushing to get dressed & run outside we waited for 10mins before a member of staff explained that the fire alarm had only been activated because a guest had "set the shower too warm". This is so frustrating and is a direct result of the flawed design of the bathrooms which are built without extractor fans. It's worth noting that no apologies were offered by staff. This may be a language or cultural barrier but it was still poor.

Wir waren schoeinmal im Hotel aber dieses mal war es leider so eine Katastrophe das ich überlege doch nichtmehr zu kommen. Ich hatte ein Deluxe Zimmer mit Stadtblick gebucht. Wir kamen ins Zimmer und die Probleme fingen an: 1. Die Kaffeemaschine war dreckig und klebrig 2. DAS Hauptproblem Youtube funktionierte nicht obwohl ich vorher extra anrief und fragte ob es funktionierte... Darauf hin durften wir das Zimmer wechseln nach Stundenlangen warten. Ich fragte extra ob das Zimmer mit Stadtblick sei weil ich das ja auch für MEHR GELD gebucht hatte er sagte ja. Wir gingen ins Zimmer und es war ein Zimmer wo ich nur ins Hotel sehen konnte und nichtmal frisch luft Zugang hatte weil die Fenster verschraubt waren doppelt und es halt zum Innenhof lag... EINE FRECHHEIT Ich hab es aufgegeben mich NOCHMAL zu beschweren weil es nichts brachte und ich schwanger bin . Das schlimme war ich hatte keinen Frischluft Zugang die Klimaanlage war nicht gut die Luft war total Stickig man war ein eingesperrt weswegen es mir durch die Schwangerschaft nicht so gut ging wegen dem hin und her. Und Duschgel war auch nicht vorhanden !!! Ich bitte um Rückmeldung denn das ist nicht das was ich von diesem eigentlich schönen Hotel gewohnt bin! Schade da ich das Hotel gerne öfters besuche...

Leider hatte am Abend die Terasse geschlossen und wir haben das Hotel als Zwischenstopp tatsächlich nur deswegen gewählt. Dafür konnten wir am nächsten Morgen dort frühstücken. Lage Top.

Die Unterkunft punktet ganz klar mit der Lage. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Leider hat die Dusche auf unserem Zimmer nicht richtig funktioniert dies wurde aber beim Check out direkt vermerkt sodass ich davon ausgehe dass sie repariert wird. Ich denke jedoch dass der Preis zu hoch ist und man den für die Lage zahlt.

Es war wirklich sehr schön im Theaterhotel. Das Frühstück ist wirklich sehr sehr mager aber reicht für den Tag. Alles ist sauber und das Personal seht freundlich. Es ist alles zu Fus erreichbar. Allerdings wer seine Ruhe haben möchte ist in dem Hotel falsch. Der Marktplatz vorm Hotel ist bis nachts um 1 sehr sehr laut. Und jeden Tag zwischen 07-08 Uhr kommt das Müllauto, was man lautstark hört. Alles in allem ein traumhaftes Hotel, allerdings für Erholungsurlaub ungeeignet.

Nach der Buchung über Expedia, die super geklappt hat, sind wir vom Hotel direkt angeschrieben worden und ubs sind verschiedene Angebote unterbreitet worden, wie z.B. Parkplatzreservierung und kostengünstiges Upgrade. Erstmal eine tolle, die ich gerne wahrgenommen habe. Aber die Einfahrt in die Parkgarage hat lanv gedauert. Parken war nicht ganz einfach.. und das Upgrade hat uns in ein Zimmer gebracht, welches keinen Blick nach Außen hatte, sondern nur in einen Innenbereich des Hotels. Es war m.E. das einzige Zimmer mit nach innen gerichtetem Blick. Ich fimde darauf hätte das Hotel hinweisen sollen. Das Öffnen der Parkgarage hat Ewigkeiten gedauert. Wir haben fast 10 min. davor gewartet. Andere Gäste hatten so breit geparkt , dass wir nur durch Parken auf einem mit Kennzeichennummer gekennzwichnetem Platz unser Auto platzieren konnten. Die Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer funktionierte nicht. Der Online-Check-In hat den Prozess deutlich schneller gemacht und vereinfacht. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und die Lage, direkt in der Innenstadt ist sehr gut.

Sehr freundlicher Service. Tolles Ambiente. Das Zimmer ist geräumig und stilvoll eingerichtet. Alles war sauber. Etwas befremdlich ist das ziemlich offene Klo, Sichtschutz nur durch etwas Milchglas. Aber damit kann man auch leben. Frühstück war ausreichend und lecker. Von Obst über Joghurt und Müsli, Eier, Rührei, Speck, Würstchen,Brötchen, Brot, Croissants, Aufschnitt, Käse, Gemüse, diverse Tee und Kaffeesorten. Also wirklich für jeden etwas dabei. Sehr zu empfehlen!
