Great room. Super well designed and we loved the spa/hot tub. If I were to add anything I would suggest a wardrobe or chest of drawers to put some of your clothes.

Spotlessly clean boutique hotel in a killer location! Our lake view room was superb, and the swimming pool was a great touch. The staff were incredibly friendly, and having free bikes available was super handy for getting around. Love that there’s a nice restaurant-bar across the street and a café-bar right on the other side. Everything you need for a great stay!

The whole property was clean and well maintained snd so beautifully decorated We enjoyed the outdoor hot tub in the rain. The only thing I would change is to provide a blanket for those who find a duvet too warm.

Very cute place, lovely view. The pool was still closed the hot tub is one you would have in your back yard, sauna we didn’t use but looked nice. It was 10:15am we had music on in our room and immediately had a noise complaint. They have a fully stocked mini fridge as you’re not allowed to bring your own alcohol to the amenities. (Maybe a province rule). Staff were very accommodating bringing ice to the room as there’s no accessible ice machine. All in all cute hotel. Walked to the food tiny houses, it was good.

The cottages at the Hotel de Rosay could be amazing except for a bunch of little things that all add up to a less that perfect experience. The cottages themselves are well designed spaces with lots of room and the amenities (pool, jacuzzi) could be so great except for a few details like dead bugs in the pool, a pool gate that is messed up and awkward to get into or close. The views of lake Champlain are blocked by the dumpsters across the street, so kind ruins the view. The video on the website is very misleading because it makes you think you are in a nature oasis, but infact you are right next to the road with loud cars driving infront. The bedrooms and bathroom are pretty clean. I did spot some food particles on the floor of the livingroom/kitchen area and stains on the carpet, chairs, along with broken knobs, chairs and curtains. Unfortunately we have stayed twice now and the stay is less then perfect, especially when you go to flush the toilet and there's no water in the tank. I want so badly to have a good experience with our second stay but the cottage had so many issues. First the toilet in the blue room was out of order (there was no water in the tank). My husband went to report it at the desk at Hotel de Rosay, but there was no one there except for a phone and a number to call. He called the number and they said they would contact someone at the front desk of the main hotel lobby. No one ever came to fix it, nor to acknowledge the issue.

Fabulous Stay!

This is such a beautiful place to stay! We were here in the winter as a family and we stayed in the comfort cabin and I had so much room. We can’t wait to come back in the summer.
