I would have given this hotel more than 5 stars if I could. The hotel is right next to the Venezia st Lucia so you don’t have to worry about dragging your luggage too far. The property is very well maintained. Breakfast was great!! Front desk staff was very helpful.

Wonderful little hotel in the best location from the train station in Venice. Rooms were small but comfortable beds, air conditioned, and quiet. Breakfast and the bar were very good. Staff was amazing and so helpful. My daughter got sick on the trip, and the front desk was great for getting us to pharmacy. When I come to Venice again, I would definitely stay here again.

The male concierge that welcomed us was very helpful. He gave us some tips on how to go around venice. Ralph was helpful and welcoming as well during our breakfast.
