This place was very neat, clean and easily accessible! The staff was very down to earth, helpful and kind! We got the suite, which in actuality is 2 entire hotel rooms that were adjoining turned into a kitchen living room one room and bedroom bath other! Very big and nice! I will def stay here again!

The property was definitely dated, but CLEAN, and the staff was very KIND. Our bed was very comfy. Our service dog was welcomed with a kind smile. We were there for 2 nights to fish, which I believe most of the renters were there to do also or they worked in the oil business, and all they want is a bed to sleep in and don't care that the property needs updating. I thought the cost was pretty expensive, but again it was a lesser expensive option for the area. If you go there say Hi to Nancy at the front desk, she may have a muffin or cookie for you.

Everything was nice and clean, staff were very courteous. My only complaint would be is that the attic access panel was moved like someone went into the attic and did replace. I had to get on the dresser and replace access panel, other than that I have no other complaints.

The only good thing about the room was the ac and beds . Everything else some was wrong with it. One of the restroom doors was missing a door knob . The coffe maker had old moldy coffe and the restroom did not flush correctly.

Nothing fancy, good place to stay while fishing in the area. Didn’t have the rooms we paid for and could never get a refund. Staff said they couldn’t do any kind of refund if booked thru Expedia. Good luck getting in touch with anyone at motel.

Listen, if you’re staying here bc you are going fishing in Venice and you aren’t a beta or have a diva wife, then you will survive. It’s not a 4 star hotel but it has warm water, beds, and AC. I had To ask for extra towels and the lady behind the desk said they didn’t have any but called someone and they dropped some extra towels off. We felt safe, ac worked, and took warm showers. Plus we fished our butts off. Good trip for my son and I .

Rooms were clean. Keys got locked in the room and reception had no spares. Gave me permission to kick the door in. Not really professional or redundant my opinion but what do you expect for $85 a night. Will not stay again

The pictures looked pretty nice on the website. In person they were very rough. One door had been kicked in and they had put tap on the frame. Stove top beeped all night. Microwave was ran off of an extension cord that was plugged up inside the cabinets. Refrigerator light was hanging down and was rigged up. Not to mention all the water damage.
