I liked the courtyard breakfast area. The hotel was close to the water bus line and to all sites that I was interested in visiting. The room was small but comfortable and since we were really only in the room to sleep, that was fine. The fridge did not seem to work.

This hotel exceeded my expectations! Great location in Venice. 10 min walk from the bus terminal and easily walked to all landmarks to visit. Breakfast was delicious. I would definitely recommend!

The Tivoli was in a good spot to get to via city water bus. The area was clean, great restaurants around it , much less crowded than other areas we visited. Expansive Continental breakfast was provided.

The building itself is old, but well maintained and very comfortable. The staff were very attentive and the breakfast was delicious. I would like to use it again when I stay in Venice.

Family owned property thats offers basic, safe lodging for good value. The breakfast table is outstanding! The location is away from the usual tourist neighborhoods but the nearby waterbus is 10 minutes from Rialto or St. Marks. Dorsoduro neighborhood.

Hotel Tivoli is a wonderful small hotel centrally located in Venice. The staff was lovely, the food wonderful, and the ambiance and feel was perfect for a great stay in Venice. I will be staying here again and I highly recommend it.

Tivoli Hotel made my time in Venice very nice. The hotel itself is located close to shops and restaurants and a short walk to many different attractions or water taxi. The room met all of my needs for the trip and the hotel staff was very nice and welcoming. The breakfast every morning was an added treat.
