Stay here for one of the best experience in Venice

The Venice was a superb hotel and it improved our experience in Venice greatly. The hotel staff provided great service by helping us arrange water taxis, day trips to Murano and Burano and Gondola trips, all at our convenience and reasonable prices. It is one of the most exquisite hotels within Venice with really good vibes. Some recommendations for improvements including providing more racks or hooks within the room for hanging towels, guide to using the switches as these were some minor issues we encountered. Would still strongly recommend anyone going to Venice to have a stay in this great hotel.

Room was dark almost like a cave. Room power was not properly sufficient to charge iPhone and iPad. Could not get room cooler than 21c even though set at 18c. Front desk staff and housekeeping personnel were outstanding and very responsive. The property was extremely clean and I a great location on the Grand Canal.

This place is not just a hotel it is an experience! Just amazing. The ambiance was just beautiful, quiet and relaxing. The perfect experience right from the gentleman helping with the luggage off the water taxi, the check-in process(she was so nice), the room was beautiful, the food was delicious, the bar was fun(the bartender loves his job), the location...right on the grand canal and right near the bridge and tons to see and do, the ease of booking excursions with the front desk and turn down service. Loved it all. Our favorite spot was sitting at the table right next to the water with an afternoon Aperol spritz and watching the world go by.

The owners have gone to great length to crest not just a hotel along the Canal, but an art piece, with designed elements to make your stay a memorable and curated experience. If you are looking for a traditional hotel, this is not the place for you. But if you are looking for a life experience while in one of the most incredible cities in the world, then this is absolutely not to be missed. If the designer John Varvatos were to create a hotel, he could only dream of this. Bravo!

Always felt like strangers in the hotel, service was to cold, didn’t meet our expectations. Room’s air conditioner was not functioning on the very first night, had to move to another room. Hotel’s concierge welcomed us by whatsapp, nonetheless, didn’t write to follow up after air conditioning episode. Hope service improves for future visitors.
