Hotel is in a great location! The small bridge leading to the hotel is the spot for many people to take photos! While there is no staffed reception, Matteo was very prompt in replying to any questions! We also let him know that we would be arriving around noon and would like to leave our luggage until check-in time. He said no problem and, not only was he waiting for us to arrive and greeted us warmly and informed us that our room was ready!! We would definitely stay there again!

Hotel was easy to find and get to. It’s a cute little hotel on a small canal. The room was clean and was pretty large. Only slight negative was there was no hand soap provided and no toilet paper holder so it was a little janky. The check in process was a little chaotic. Overall would stay again and do recommend.

The location of this place was great! There were 4 of us, and two of us had a huge bed, the other two had two singles beds off the side room. The check in process was confusing because there is no front desk, but we figured it out. The shower drain was bad and nearly overflowed with 4 of us needing to shower. The room was good overall. But it was warm at night and the A/C wasn't that good.

Amazing location, large clean rooms with plenty of character. The staff were helpful and friendly, they even brought us wine glasses and a corkscrew. Excellent value for a beautiful spot in the heart of Venice!
