The hotel staff were very friendly and it c9mes with breakfast. The room was tiny, the bed was small and very low to the frou d and had lots of springs. The show was so tiny you cant even move. O er all it was clean and in a good location near everything. We would stay there again.

Loved Venice! This hotel is incredible. Rooms were huge! We booked a junior suite. Ours had a sitting room, kitchenette, bedroom and large bathroom. The breakfast that was included was wonderful. Staff were great. Venice is very walkable. We were closest to San Marco Square. Tons of shopping and restaurants. Close to everything!

Great location to explore Venice

Right near St Marks square. Very helpful staff and appreciated the free tour to the Murano glass factory. Yummy breakfast too.

Great location! The property has an old world feel that is lovely. If you are expecting American comfort/luxury this is not for you. Tha hotel is old and our room was spacious and clean and the AC was just what we needed. The breakfast was so much more that we expected. We would come again

The staff were very accommodating and helpful. The room was comfortable even more so once we worked the central heating out. Breakfast selection was very good although the "hot" food was barely warm and consisted only of scrambled egg and small pieces of bacon.
