The property was well maintained and was exactly what we needed for our short stay in Venice. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Even though the property is just 3 mins away from St. Mark's Square and our room was just 2 floors up from a busy street, we heard no noise whatsoever in the morning, afternoon or at night. The bakery downstairs is a local favorite and guests get 10%. We loved the sandwiches there. Highly recommend this place!

The hotel was conveniently located close to St. Marco’s square. It was clean & the staff was friendly & amenable to helping with transportation. The air conditioning needed to be a bit colder for our liking & they were very accommodating with our request. I’d definitely stay there again. We also had friends staying in an annex room that was not as nice as our room but it was still clean, which is most important.
