The entire staff was super friendly especially Silvia who helped us coordinate transportation and the water taxi directly to the airport! Room was awesome with a view of the main canal. Location was perfect to walk the entire city. Will be staying there again!

The hotel staff were wonderful. Checking in was very easy and let us know if we were needing any suggestions of places to eat, see etc they were more than happy to assist. I requested an ironing board and she set it up promptly with a beautiful view. The breakfast was amazing! That in itself provides a great value for the stay. The location was great and felt very central.

We spent two nights, and we’re very pleased with the customer service we received. Both of the ladies working the front desk were amazing! The hotel is dated, some areas seem well worn, but it is a great location, and they were extremely helpful with information on how to navigate Venice, including booking private water taxis for us. They included breakfast was a plus, the breakfast toast was very busy, but managed to keep things running very smoothly!

Great location, very clean hotel, and exceptionally helpful staff! We arrived before check-in, and the team kindly held our luggage while recommending several great nearby lunch spots. They also helped arrange a water taxi to Murano so we could experience the glass-blowing process, and coordinated transportation to our cruise ship the following day, making everything seamless and stress-free. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located for exploring Venice. The outstanding service truly made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Don't expect a large hotel. This is a small, cute and comfy hotel. The rooms are small, so space seems tight especially if you have large bags. The location is very good, close to Rialto bridge. Water bus stops are right across the canal, you will have to cross Rialto bridge. Staff was very helpful and good to work with. Breakfast was nice. I wouldn't recommend the private transfer option from railway station. Not worth 200 euros. I still had to wait outside station and took over an hour to reach hotel.

We had such a great stay here in Venice. The room was really spacious and the view over the canal was honestly amazing — definitely one of the best parts of the trip. Waking up to that every morning was something else. The location is spot on too, super easy to get around and close to everything we wanted to see, which made the whole trip feel effortless. Amazing trip to Venice. The staff at this hotel are exceptional. They were all so friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable stay. Our room overlooked the Grande Canal which was stunning. Breakfast was standard fare and there was always something you could find to eat from eggs to fruit and pastries. We encountered some rain and they provided umbrellas for us to use. They thought of everything. Our room was well appointed. Smaller than we are used to, but that is the charm of boutique in Venice! Highly recommend. Location is literally right in the heart of the island.
