Super friendly staff and helpful with tips on transportation and sights. The hotel is located close to the nearby water taxi stop (5min walk) and a 15 minute walk from the central train station. Easy to get around from to all of Venice. The included breakfast was perfect way to start each morning. Will stay here again.

Room was clean, beautiful, and a unique experience. Mario was a wonderful bed and breakfast host and breakfast in the morning was wonderful! Lots of options and delicious croissants. Air conditioning was great during a heat wave. Mario is incredibly helpful upon arrival, and gives great suggestions. Nice location and very quiet area of Venice. We loved our stay!

Mario was EXCELLENT, extremely helpful, gave us a map and an itinerary for the city! They also provide breakfast in the morning and coffee. Would absolutely recommend staying here. Just make sure you read the description because he asks that you pay for the accommodations at the residence!

The location works out well since it isn't too far of a walk from the train station and also isn't far of a walk to the San Marco Plaza. Our AC didn't feel sufficiently cool to our standards during the summer day, but does get comfortable at night. Esmeralda is very friendly.

The host Mario was excellent. Very welcoming and helpful for answering questions. Property is in a pretty central location with a 10 minute walk to the Rialto bridge. The only aspect that kept stay from all excellent was we had the one room where our private bath was two doors don the hall. Other than that everything was great. Thank you Mario!

Clean hotel, great location. Wifi worked which wasn’t the case with most of our stays this trip. About a 15 minute walk to everything which was great. The hosts were very nice and asked which croissants we wanted for breakfast. Nice breakfast with breads and juices/coffee. They also let us leave bags after check out to explore.

Our stay with Mario and Esmeralda exceeded our expectations! They were friendly and super helpful. They were very in tune with their guests. We enjoyed our stay. The B&B was nestled in a narrow alleyway away from the hustle of tourist but central enough to get to every place by walking, water taxi or water bus. Mario, the owner went above and beyond to help us and to make us feel welcome.
