Location is great, literally in San Marco Piazza, small hotel with unique rooms, I got room 6 and was very nice with small terrance overlooking San Marco's dome.

Stayed here mid September 2022. After reading some of the reviews I was a little concerned but was relieved on arrival. We arrived early morning to be greeted warmly. Shown to our room which was located in another building. The room was in need of some TLC but was clean. The bed was comfortable and had a good nights sleep. Someone had left a review about the hot water but if you leave the water running for a short while the hot water begins to flow. Location was great and after the first night got use to the bells.

Praticamente in questa camera sei dentro a San Marco…apri il balcone e hai i cavalli della basilica a pochi metri e poi una vista sulla piazza che di sera è spettacolare.. La camera bella comoda pulita Il personale super accogliente e simpaticissimo e molto disponibile …insomma tutto SUPER ci ritornerò di sicuro

Super Lage, große komfortable Zimmer. Aber leider höhere Stadtsteuer kassiert ohne Beleg, kein Sekt wie versprochen, überhaupt Kühlschrank leer, Mobiliar tlw. Defekt, WC Absaugung tropft stark auf WC (man braucht Schirm auf WC). Ansprechperson nur bei SCHLÜSSEL Übergabe und Steuerzahlung anwesend. Rezeption wurde saniert und war nicht aktiv.

Posizione strategica .. bellissima . Stanza grande abbastanza oulita. La camera avrebbe bisogno di un po di lavori di manutenzione . Nn ce la reception .. ma ti danno un riferimento tekefonico x qualunque problema.4 euro di tassa soggiorno a testa al giorno mi sembra un po caro e ci avevano promesso una bottiglia di vino ma nn l abbiamo vista .. posizione fantastica centro

Room ok but no service desk which made checking in take forever and visiting a different hotel. Room in need of attention, loose electrical socket, washroom tap not working. Also room nowhere near the standard of the rooms in the photographs. Feel mislead and disappointed
