The staff were great and very nice and welcoming. The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel is clean and in a great location. A little tricky to find but not a big deal! Overall a great hotel. Such an amazing spot with very unique and quirky rooms! We had the loft with private balcony which was fabulous! Probably not great for taller folks we are 5ft 6 inches and it was just right. Lovely views, confortable bed, friendly helpful staff and so close to Rialto Bridge and the square.

Excellent location and convenient to Rialto Ferry stop. Clean functional rooms but with stairs to climb. In a quiet side plaza with a supermarket 40mtrs away over a small canal bridge. Near the hustle and bustle but away from the crowd. Rooms have the things you need but hotel has no other facilities but you don’t need anything given how close it is to walk to what you might want.
