If you want to really feel Venice in the 1800’s…this is the coolest place! The room was comfortable and clean, it was conveniently located near St Mark’s Square and shopping, and easy to walk to from the water bus even carrying luggage. We had a great canal view, breakfast was tasty and the staff were so helpful. Our room was in the annex building so no elevator, but it was just one flight of stairs. The weekend traffic nearby can be a little noisy in the late evening, but nothing a little white noise on my phone couldn’t fix. Price was quite reasonable as well

We loved our stay at Palazzo Guardi. The location was excellent and really central, near to the Accademia bridge and Grand Canal. The building was lovely and the lift useful to take bags to the room. All the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. Comunication was clear and responsive. The room was air conditioned and we appreciated the nice toiletries provided and the Nespresso machine with caffeinated and decaffeinated pods. The breakfast was AMAZING! Lots to choose from and lovely fresh coffee made to order for us. Our children were able to have hot chocolate from the buffet for the first time during our time in Italy. We would love to return. Grazie Mille!

We had a room on the top floor with a rooftop terrace. It was very spacious and clean and the staff were excellent. We loved every minute there. There was a small lift to be able to get luggage up to the hotel (3rd floor). The location was excellent and right near the Accademia bridge over the grand canal and multiple water bus stops.

Nice quaint hotel in a really interesting part of Venice and away from the crowds. We enjoyed our stay. Hotel was easily accessible and well connected via the 'Accedemia' water bus stop nearby. Also easy walking to San Marco and Rialto areas etc. Lots of dining options around. This hotel has an elevator which was a welcome sight. Rooms were clean comfortable and spacious. Staff are very helpful. We checked out early in the morning and they had takeaway breakfast prepared for us. I would stay here in a hesrtbeat if we returned to Venice.

Our stay in Venice was made exceptionally amazing by the wonderful and welcoming staff of the Palazzo Guardi. They were extremely helpful in navigating the streets of Venice and providing the appropriate and necessary information to catch the easiest and affordable transportation to the airport with kiddos. I would highly recommend staying with them if you would like a beautiful view of the canal throughout the day and waking up to church bells. The hotel is also conveniently located close to all attractions. Highly recommend staying!!

We loved our stay! The area is very nice and we felt like we were in more of the local area of Venice rather than the really touristy area which we preferred. The hotel is in a great location and an easy walk anywhere! St Marks square is about a 15 minute walk and our other favorite areas were Dorsoduro and San Polo which were also about a 15/20 min walk. The hotel also booked our boat tour for us which saved us a lot of hassle. All the staff were extremely helpful and the reception is open 24 hours which is handy if you’re flying into Venice late. The area felt really safe and clean. When we come back to Venice we are definitely staying here again!
