Quiet and safe neighborhood, very close to the station. Many restaurants nearby but not noisy. The staff is very friendly. Room is clean, facilities are a bit old but classy, and work perfectly fine.

The hotel is close to the train station, next to the water, and walkable distance to all major sightseeing places. The room is specious and clean. There is a bar restaurant next door so not that quiet but still acceptable.

Our train in Venice would arrive quite late. The day before arrival we asked via chat if we could check-in late and got the message they'd keep the reception open 'till midnight. The staff was incredibly helpful and the room itself was great and spacious. It's not a 5star hotel, but services and comfort are on level. 10/10 would stay again.

The front desk staff was incredible. So friendly & very helpful! My room was clean, spacious, & it had a beautiful view of the canal! I really enjoyed exploring Cannaregio, the neighborhood where the hotel is located. And it’s a less than 10 minute walk from the train station! I highly recommend :)

Staff was nice. Rooms were small and very little storage for a 4 night stay. Beds were hard and pillows were like boards. Breakfast was typical European…meats and cheese and croissants it was fine. We asked for more pillows and never received them. Our friend had a broken hairdryer and she was not offered another one until the last night. Location was GREAT!!! Lots of shopping and dining and water Vapporetta was wonderful and very close by. It is a 15 min. walk to the train station. Location was great! We would not stay here again.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Property is hard to find, but within short walking distance of the S. Lucia train station. Lots of dining and shopping options are a short walk away. Room was spacious by Italian standards and has a refrigerator. There was some noise (and cigarette smoke if window is open) from a restaurant across a narrow street from the hotel, but not too bad.

Great stay. Located in such a great spot in Venice. Walkable to all the major sites. A number of great restaurants and bars near by. The space had a lot of beauty & character. I recommend booking the suite with a private terrace overlooking a canal.

I love the junior suite with its canal view! The hotel is located relatively away from touristy spots. Water bus does travel through the canal and you can hear it early in the morning.

Great hotel!

Great hotel. Bit of a walk (45min) to st. Marks square but still very lively so the location was prime. Had to check in ourselves with a code, and key was left for us in an envelope - super easy check in. Very close to water taxi stop that takes you to airport and back. A/C was working great. Shower was working great. There is a lively bar right next door and various delicious restaurants close by. Was a wonderful experiencs!

The hotel is in a good location walkable to many restaurants/shops and with the canal right in front. The room and bathroom were small but that was expected. This is an old hotel in an old city so don’t expect modern. It was clean but the towels need to be changed as they seem to be worn out. They did not accept AMEX to pay for the taxes or even the mini bar items however overall it was a great stay with helpful and friendly staff.

Even though it was near the bus station and the train station, it was quite a walk to the hotel. 90° out so the walk was even more difficult. The hotel stay was fine. Room is very clean nicely appointed. Mattress little soft but manageable. Staff was very courteous and helpful. You must have Google maps to get from the train station or the bus station to the hotel. Road signs are almost nonexistent. Battery ran out on my cell phone and did get lost a couple of times. Suggest you have fully charged phone or extra battery.

Interesting hotel. Furniture made it feel like an old Victorian home. Our room also had a separate entrance from the street which was unique. The it conditioner didn’t keep the room as cold as I would have preferred, but it was adequate. And more pillows would be ideal. The room was a little dusty and could have been a bit cleaner, but overall it was comfortable. We loved the location - a short and easy walk from the train stations, which you will want especially if you have luggage. The areas is off the beaten path enough that it is quieter and less crowded, but still a short walk to the tourist attractions you would want to see. It is also located near some great restaurants. It was perfect for my husband and I to stay 2 nights. We would stay here again.
