Love this Hotel, it was our third stay there. The location, right at the Vaporetto stop is excellent. You can also walk everywhere through the back streets where you can find a lot of nice shops and restaurants. Breakfast included is very good, you can eat inside or in the nice patio.

Excellent hotel, great bed, beautiful view. Could use an ironing board, and ice bucket, also could use face cloths. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Great communication prior to coming on Expedia and arranged water taxi pick up from train station. A nice rooftop dinner offered for a fee. Garden was very peaceful to sit in and relax with a drink from the bar. Enjoyed our stay very much.

The room was clean. However, we paid for Canada and the room was ground floor level and smelt really moldy inside. The Expedia platinum VIP add on, came down to two small glasses of Prosecco or alternatively, too small glasses of sparkling water… …. Overall, this hotel does not provide very good value for the money compare compared to other Palazo in Venice, where we have stayed in the past.
