It was a super clean and stylish hotel. We stayed in a **Premium Room** with an amazing view of the water — absolutely beautiful. The breakfast was really varied and everything tasted great! Plus, the service was quick and the food was always fresh and refilled fast. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and we had a really lovely time there. I can totally recommend it :)

Everything was great, clean and spacious rooms, front desk receptionist was excellent, the bar staff were kind and friendly. The location is very close to the ferry terminal and to good restaurants. The only problem was for the rooms not air conditioned. We were there on the first week of March 2026 and the room was hot. We opened the windows but the noises coming from the street

The staff is amazing… helpful at every return! Adam, our bartender, is such a joy! The property is very nice, well situated in a quiet neighborhood and in beautiful condition. The bathroom is relatively small, but not unexpected. Breakfast offered a lot of variety and mimosas!!!

a disappointing experience

The TV was working on the internet and that was very slow. Number of English-speaking stations was very poor. The was not clean with dust all over. the first 2 days the AC did not work and no Maintenace staff appeared. Fire alarm worked unintended and with no reason almost every day and the front desk service was sometimes a in poor English. We expected a better service from a 4-star hotel.

E' il solito problema italiano di assegnazione delle stelle. Questo hotel dichiara 4 stelle Superior ma in realtà è un 3 stelle. Arrivati alle 13 la camera non era pronta. Non bellissimo ma per onestà il check-in lo davano per le 14 solo che alla fine la camera, un'altra, ci è stata data alle 15. Il televisore non prendeva i canali italiani oltre la rai. CI è stato detto che andava sistemato il televisore e che lo avrebbero fatto ma in 4 giorni, nonostante le sollecitazioni non è stato fatto. Appena entrati in doccia è crollata la perite di vetro del box, per fortuna mi sono scansato in tempo.Un giorno siamo tornati alle 15 e la camera non era stata fatta, abbiamo dovuto aspettare le 16. Infine la colazione: non è possibile ordinare nulla, solo buffet, assolutamente non adeguato per un 4*S... Insomma tanto fumo e veramente poco arrosto considerato anche il costo delle camere.
