Nice old hotel in a perfect location. Quiet, but a two minute walk from the vibrant Strada Novo, and a five minute walk from the main ferry terminal at Fundamenta Nuovo

The hotel was convenient to vaporetto and popular areas but was a few steps aside in a quiet area. We appreciated the opportunity to recharge away from the hustle. The room we arranged was incredible- charming and comfortable. We were fortunate to get room 401- the exposed beams must be hundreds if year old. A great oasis in Venice.

A truly beautiful hotel in a stunning location. The staff are so informative and helpful, which made our stay even better. The hotel is positioned so close to everything that you can walk everywhere very quickly, but is quiet, and is right on the water with stunning views. Can not recommend this hotel enough.

The hotel was nice and very short walk distance from all shops and restaurants. Staff was friendly, the local people get bothered a bit since I'm sure they get same question from all tourist asking for directions. Hotel was very clean and staff was professional
