Great spot close to San Marco. Getting there is a bit rough but I think that’s the case for all hotels in Venice. The breakfast is great and our room was very spacious. It was insanely hot but the AC was blasting when we got there.

Excellent stay. Located in a nice quiet yet interesting part of Venice. Easy accesibility by water bus, Tragetto gondola to get across the canal or 15 min easy walk to San Marco/ Rialto etc. and lots of dining in the vicinity minus the crowds. Room was comfortable and spacious. Very helpful staff.

The place is dated, which isn’t a big deal; except that the plumbing was delicate. The sink filled up and overflowed, and there were leaks in the shower, creating a big mess. The ac was weak at best. The location was great, however. Very close tot he Guggenheim, which was a treat. The breakfast was basic, but inexpensive.

We stayed in a room with a double bed and a single. Very comfortable. I thought that the breakfast was decent for €10. The coffee was great. The room was clean. Could hardly hear any of the traffic just outside of the rooms windows, which opened up to a street below! It was quite remarkable. The only downside was the extremely poor Wi-Fi connection. If you plan to do any work on this trip, I wouldn’t count on it. The staff (we met three of the front desk ladies), could not have been more helpful, for which we were so grateful. The water pressure and the temperature of the shower will much appreciated. Would definitely recommend if a strong Wi-Fi connection is not top priority. We would return again as that was not ours.

From check-in to check-out, this little hotel was wonderful, quiet, clean. The decor was beautiful and tastefully done. The location was off the main areas, tucked away in the little back neighborhoods of Venice. It was very safe location, just around the corner from a restaurant we loved and dined at twice.
