Great little hotel, in safe, quiet residential area of Lido, within easy walking distance to restaurants, shops and ferries, with staff that really look after you. A quiet haven away from the madness of central Venice, no 14 ferry takes you from Lido to St Marco in just over 10 minutes, runs every 1/2 hour. Hotel really clean and with lovely garden and a couple of terraces and tower overlooking the rooftops towards Venice. Excellent continental breakfasts including lovely homemade breads and cakes. Many thanks to Marco and all the staff including Tatiana, Francesca and Paul.

It‘s a beautiful, quiet hotel with very kind hosts, who are taking good care about their guests. Perfect spot for visiting Venice and for enjoying Lido‘s beach. We can absolutely recommend this lovely hotel.

Great stay!

The stay was very nice. Marco and his wife were excellent hosts! They handled check in/out very well, provided recommendations when needed. The breakfast in the morning was incredible with home baked unique goods every morning--what a treat!

I gave 4 stars in comfort because our shower was so tiny! I had to get out of it to wash and shave my legs. It’s smallerthan a cruise ship shower. Maybe take out the bidet and get the shower an ok size

Fantastic 4 day trip to the lido. Hotel is excellent for location, authenticity and customer service. Cant rate the hotel and staff highly enough and this will always be our first choice hitel when staying on the lido in future

Fantastic. Excellent communication prior to arrival. Excellent base to get the water taxi to main island and Alilaguna to airport. Hosts cannot do enough for you. Lovely, fresh, home-made breakfast. Rooms were quite warm and air con not the best but it was so quiet and less of the hustle of the main island. Beautiful views from the rooftop terrace over Venice. Had to leave early and hosts asked if we wanted a sandwich to go. My daughter asked if we could have chocolate croissants and they baked some especially. P.s. Venice and Alison are both beautiful. Nous avons adoré notre hôtel. C'est un endroit charmant avec un jardin très agréable. Le secteur est tranquille. Tous les membres du personnel ont été très gentils et serviables. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner était très copieux et tout était bien frais. Il y avait un gâteau maison différent chaque matin. Je le recommande chaleureusement. Un grand merci à nos hôtes.

Sehr nettes Personal und ein für Italien sehr gutes Frühstück, besonders der Cappuccino. Eins war etwas störend: kein Schrank für die Wäsche, nur für Sachen auf Bügeln. Also: alles bleibt im Koffer. Aber sonst gibt es nichts zu kritisieren. Venedig ist per Vaporetto sehr gut erreichbar, wenn nicht gerade das Personal streikt, was uns passiert ist.
