Friendly welcome, magnificent room, lovely breakfast with gluten free well catered for. Central location was perfect to allow us to manage the heat wave - short explorations, followed by siesta in a/c, then back out again without long detours. Fantastic stay.

Everything was perfect, nothing to complain about. Staff were very friendly, told us the history of the hotel, and made our stay very pleasant. Had breakfast at the hotel and the staff were amazing. They also brought us coffee to the fourth floor while we enjoyed the patio, sunrise, and watching the beautiful view of Venice. I’ll stay here again when I visit Venice next time and I highly recommend anyone who’s looking for a perfect stay.

This hotel was wonderfully close to St. Marks and right in the midst of high end shopping. It was pretty close to many of the other sites we were interested in. We had the included breakfast and it was excellent, the room was refreshed between our outings and the concierge made our stay stress free. We made use of the laundry service and that exceeded expectations as well. All in all, it was a great place to stay. I would highly recommend it to anyone. Also, the A/C worked well!
