Loved this little hotel - it’s definitely on the older side but they’ve done an excellent job maintaining it. The location is perfect - right in the middle of everything, very accessible to water taxis, and it was only about a 20 min walk from the main train station. The breakfast was pretty decent as well. Would absolutely stay here again!

Right outside of the Rialto Bridge. Location was excellent. Saw mouse droppings in an open suitcase when we returned to the room one night but overall the room was clean. Staff was great. Everything was great. When booking please keep in mind it is an old building in the best location. The rooms were smallish but is the age of the building. The terrace was great. We had wine and cheese there and watched activity on the grand canal in the evening. The breakfast had lots of choices.

This property is in a great location. With great locations can come noise! So my room was noisy well into the night. Rooms are dated, but adequate. I was alone, so my room was useful for that reason, as I had a single room. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was adequate. Overall, the location is what makes this hotel great.
