The room was spotless and clean although the decor was significantly older than what is in the advertisement. The breakfast spread is vast and they never ran out of anything despite a busy breakfast service. The staff were very helpful and efficient- we arrived after midnight because of delayed flights and were promptly checked in, upon checkout I forgot something in the room and they were efficient in returning it to me. The location is great next to the train station. Despite this the area is very quiet.

We only stayed one night prior to flying home. The hotel was in a great location for getting the train into Venice, and the bus to the airport. The staff were enormously helpful, and even anticipated our needs. we would definitely stay there again.

SMELLY ROOM- couldn’t even sleep due to the smell. Cheap AC turned on and off every 5 seconds, and AC was so low that room was stuffy. Guests have no control over the temperature, prob set around 75. Very good selection breakfast, staff worked super slow during checking in, not sure reason why.
