We loved the location for convenient transport to the island but the beds are far too uncomfortable and the stains on chairs in our room were a real turn off that such poor presentation was allowed .

The room is quite old with dated furniture. The 1st room they gave us - there are no electrical socket in the room except for 1 socket which is already plugged to the TV and minibar. We were not able to charge our devices at all. We went down and feedback to them and they changed our room which has at least 1 electrical socket by the side of the bed. I was told most of the rooms only have no or only 1 socket. Given that we live in digital world with at least 2 or 3 digital devices, sockets are crucial in hotel rooms. I have never seen a hotel that has inadequate sockets in their room. The only good thing about this hotel is that its just across Mestre station which is easy for us to get to venice main islands and other parts of Italy with ease.
