This property is beautiful, the staff are incredible and extremely helpful. This location is perfect for a stay in Venice. Close to restaurants, shops, etc. convenient to the water bus and a 15 minute walk to St Marks Square. Just be advised there is no elevator, so lots of stairs

The property is quite old, like most of the buildings in the area, but the room was nice and clean and the staff was excellent. The breakfast was very varied and tasty as well. As a downside, we were on the 4th floor and there is no elevator. The room also didn’t have a TV or a small fridge/freezer, so it’s basically just a place to lay down and sleep.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely hotel during our three nights in Venice. The location couldn’t have been more perfect, close enough to easily reach all the main sights, yet tucked away just enough to feel peaceful and relaxing. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always willing to help, whether it was offering recommendations, answering questions, or simply greeting us with a smile each day. Their warm hospitality really made a difference. Breakfast was another highlight, with a great selection of fresh and tasty options to start the day. Our room was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped, and the facilities throughout the hotel were excellent. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would gladly stay here again on our next visit to Venice.
