Beautiful hotel. Hotel staff are excellent and so friendly. They were geat arranging transportation for us from and to the airport. Hotel location is excellent; ferry right next to hotel and restaurants and Ice Cream shops just a few minutes walk. Highly recommend this hotel, especially for first time visitors.

A friend recommended the Dorsoduro neighborhood for its easy-going vibe and wealth of cultural sites. I found Hotel Palazzo Stern in my own, and what a gem!! Beautiful in every historic detail. The location is ideal! A short walk to San Marco but far enough away to feel removed from the large crowds. A water bus stop next to the hotel is very convenient! The bar and restaurant manager, Matteo, makes a fantastic Negroni. Will certainly stay there again!
