Air conditionning can make your room very cold but you can adjust the temperature useful when it is 35c outside. Beautiful garden to eat breakfast. With room Garden 2 you will have direct access very convenient to quietly to sit outside at night.

The view from our room was beautiful and truly captured the charm of Venice. Waking up to such a lovely Venetian scene made us even more excited about our stay. I was pleasantly surprised how nice this hotel was. I thought the rooms were outstanding. The decorating is impeccable. Location is a great spot. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Having breakfast and a bar was a plus . I definitely recommend this place.
