We had a great stay at this hotel in Venice. Darío, the front desk staff member who checked us in, was exceptionally kind and helpful, giving us excellent tips to explore the city. The rest of the clerical staff was also very friendly and attentive throughout our stay. The atmosphere was calm, and the décor had a beautiful Venetian vintage style that made the place feel charming and authentic. The room was comfortable and the location very convenient. Highly recommended, especially thanks to the outstanding service. Also we gastes an excelente breakfast.

The hotel was beautiful, very quaint. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Our toilet, in the early morning, had major issues! The poor guy at the desk! They had it all fixed when we came back from an outing. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location, close to water taxi to not have to haul luggage too far. The staff was so kind and helpful. The shower and water pressure were great. They stored our luggage before we could check in and after we checked out until we left the island. So helpful.

Great hotel! Room service kept our room clean throughout our stay, and the staff were always helpful and kind. The location is also amazing; it’s literally right in the center of everything, which made our stay so convenient. We were close to shopping, restaurants, and so many of the main sightseeing spots, so it was really easy to explore and get around. Also, do yourself a favor and book the hotel’s private airport pick-up and drop-off service. It was absolutely worth it and made the entire trip so much smoother and stress-free. Plus, you get to take some great pictures on the boat ride! Highly recommend!

For a supposedly 3-star hotel, we were very impressed with this hotel. Our room was spacious, well-appointed, and not noisy. The front desk staff were really helpful and gracious (lost luggage) and did all they could to assist. We would stay there again, and it's in a great location for wandering. Although you do have to walk a bit from the canal. We did not have a room with a view, although for one night, it did not matter. We were in 407.
