This was an excellent location for our stay in Venice and all the staff were so helpful and friendly. The room was very comfortable and we were given a room upgrade due to our Expedia VIP status which was a nice surprise. The breakfast was also outstanding and a great value if you want to start your day with a hot breakfast and coffee. Would definitely stay here again.

Steps away from the san Marco square, this hotel was an absolute dream of a location! As a solo woman traveler I felt very safe here, and the front desk was always friendly and so helpful with recommendations etc! The room I had was so girly and cute, i really enjoyed my stay here :)

This was a great location and a beautiful hotel, only issue was our room in the annex section was very hot because it was at the very top of the building. It was manageable though, even with all the stairs. The bed was so comfortable and the jacuzzi tub/shower very nice after a long day of walking.
