Rooms were spotless, the location is about a 30 second walk to San Marc’s square, I had a room with a Canal view, it was lovely watching all the Gondoliers each morning. Staff all very polite. They have some tiny balconies just next to the restaurant, with two seats, perfect for an afternoon drink to watch the world go by.
