The hotel is in an amazing location central to the san Marco square and basilica. Booked a canal view room which was great to watch the gondolas. Staff was very helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

Very convenient to Doge’s Palace, etc. loved the location and assortment of shops and restaurants. Breakfast was great. As with anywhere in Venice, be prepared to carry luggage up and down stairs to cross all the canals.

Our one night visit was incredible. Staff were great and breakfast was delicious. Shared water taxi doesnt bring you here but private taxi does do pick up and drop off. Front desk arranged our outbound taxi to st lucia train station and i recommend letting them do that very highly.
