Truly an amazing experience with this hotel. They are so friendly and made our stay exceptional. So much nicer and more accommodating than any US hotels that we are used to. Hotel was very close to all the major attractions but just far enough away that it wasn’t crowded.

Excellent stay with kids

We had a wonderful time at this cozy hotel. The kids especially enjoyed the old fashion charm of the accommodation and the lovely canal view from our room. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were helpful and friendly. The location was excellent, close to sights and restaurants.

Perfect spot, very close to St Mark's, but nice and quiet. My room had a beautiful view out onto the canal. The room was large with a really nice modern bathroom, shutters to keep out the sun, and a bed that was actually very comfortable! (Something many many hotels lack)

From the moment we arrived the service and staff were totally welcoming, friendly and incredibly helpful. Hotel was perfectly located, quiet but 10 minutes walk from St Marks Square. The room was incredibly clean, and housekeeping did an amazing job every day. Breakfast was more than adequate. We wouldn't hesitate to reccomend and would definitely return. Well done and thank you to everyone who helped make our stay you so wonderful.

Great hotel close to everything. Restaurants and best gelato across the canal. A two minute walk to the must see sites. Staff were very nice and helpful. There wasn’t a lift in our section of the hotel, but the staff carried up our luggage. Room was clean and good for what we needed it for - nothing to write home about.

The room was very spacious and clean. The staff were welcoming and friendly and always happy to help. We enjoyed the crepes from across the road. It's close to san marco and other tourist attractions are within a walkable distance. It was easy to find afyer getting off the boat from the airport.

Hotel was fantastic and was in a great area for getting around and too lots of things. Only complaint was one morning there was no hot water. Other than that could not have been more pleased. Staff at the front desk were great!!

Frustrated waste of money

Our economy room, which was apparently a comfort room, on the top floor of the hotel without a lift was grossly inadequate for the price of £2,256 (without breakfast) for a week in the middle of May. The furniture was dated, the net curtains have probably not been washed in years, there were no facilities for making tea or coffee. The hotel is in a very good location, the staff at reception were extremely helpful, friendly and polite at all times; but the price bears no relation to the dated room that they offer. The hotel has a number of entrances, but if one is not in the main building one is cut off: there are no common rooms for socialising, meeting people or escaping the box-like room.

Ottimo hotel a 2 passi da piazza S.Marco...staff super professionale e disponibile per ogni evenienza. Camera spaziosa con vista impagabile..Ottimo il servizio del taxi condiviso che ti porta in giro per Venezia per circa 1 ora..unica cosa leggermenta da migliorare è la pulizia della stanza per il resto tutto perfetto.
