The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was included and it was such a great variety of food and drinks. The cleaning staff missed a few things in our room. When the front desk was made aware they apologized and had the room recleaned.

This hotel is in a great location, our room overlooked the canal and had a lot of gondola traffic (which was really fun). Breakfast was adequate and the staff was very helpful. The 2 person table on the canal was an amazing place to drink the bottle of sparkling wine and watch the gondolas pass by. All in this hotel was a good place to stay and recommend.

Our stay was an excellent experience. Very helpful staff. They couldn’t do enough for us. Beautiful building. The breakfast was not what we expected. Hotel breakfast is usually just a continental breakfast. Here you could have everything from cereal to eggs to pastries to assorted meats and cheeses. Absolutely fantastic.

The property is located right in the heart of the shopping district, restaurants and coffee shops. Very near the Rialto Bridge-and the San Marco square where the the St. Mark Basilica and Sige Palace. They have wonderful breakfast buffet as well which I always prefer when booking. Clean and staff are accommodating.

Staff members are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is wonderful! Our room was overlooking a canal and was lovely. They have a nice little bar area, and I would recommend they could have a few more offerings. Oh- the location is perfect- making everything we did walkable.
