The location of the hotel is fabulous! We saw so many other travelers dragging luggage through the streets while we had only to cross a couple bridges to check in. We caught a 6:30 am bus out and easily carried our luggage the short distance to the bus stop. Our window overlooked the water and was clean comfortable and a nice size for the 4 of us.

The hotel was in a perfect location! Easy to get to and close to the people mover. The views from the hotel were stunning! Staff was amazing and very attentive. The breakfast was delicious, with several options. My bestie, Andrea was the absolute fantastic! He gave us recommendations that were amazing! Great location, less than 10 minute walk from the train station and less than a half hour walk to St. Marks Square. Lots of dining and gelato options nearby. We stayed in the executive canal view which had 2 amazing canal view balconies on the roof that was really nice to enjoy a drink on at night. Staff was very friendly and gave local recommendations. Not sure when we’ll make it back to Venice, but would definitely stay here again!

We loved the room and the view of the canal. Very nice and clean. The front desk staff were excellent. We bought a bottle of wine at the Coop grocery store and had no opener. They had someone bring it from there sister hotel right up to our room. We are not breakfast eaters, but they told us the hotel next door had the restaurant. Perfect location as it is not far from the train station, bus station, and water bus station. Restaurants near by are OK, but I would venture out further for better choices.

We loved our one night stay here! If you are looking for a place close to the train station and also a hotel that’s able to access a car/taxi to the airport, this is your place! We enjoy staying in nice hotels and this place was so wonderful! The bed was so comfortable, room was quiet, all the amenities in the bathroom were so nice, the view of the canal was gorgeous, the staff were so kind and helpful and we highly recommend!!! We didn’t utilize the breakfast as we had an early departure to the airport. You can walk to St. Mark’s Square which takes 20 min. through the charming streets! One note, we did use the porter help to carry our heavy luggage over the 2 bridges, even though it’s just a 6 min walk from the station, it is a trek with big luggage, so I highly suggest using the porter services! Fantastic!

We booked a balcony room and oh man, what a treat. Great view of Venice from the terrace and the bed was supremely comfortable. It was a perfect finale to our week long Italy trip. Great property, very conveniently located to the Venice train station and great food options around it. The rooms had everything one would need and decent size and what a view of the canal. The mattress was comfy, loved the heated towel rack. I liked how both the rooms had full size mirrors. The breakfast was very high quality and delicious my kids loved it. We pick a room with the view of the canal. Opening the windows to see the canal was a relaxing experience, specially in the morning when is only the neighbors walking the dogs and the streets are empty. There is a convenient restaurant in front with a romantic view for a dining in the quiet Canal. There is partner hotel 2 doors from the Arlecchino , and having the option of an American breakfast with eggs in the morning was great after traveling days and missing some eggs at breakfast.. There is people out in the restaurant at night but the windows can be completely close the shutters or the window glass and there is no noise felt inside the room.. and we were literally in top of the restaurant…
