Charming boutique hotel in a fun residential neighborhood walking distance to many restaurants, museums, and churches. Our room was very clean, quiet, with a comfortable bed and ample room. Plenty of closet space, a minibar, and bathroom with toiletries. The daily breakfast was delicious, and the hotel artfully decorated. Staff were very hospitable. Highly recommended

Do not stay here. It isn’t a nice shopping area. The front desk didn’t know what a water taxi was and the housekeeping kept telling us they had to leave at 2:00 pm so we had to get the room “clean” before then. They didn’t actually clean just straightened up. They wouldn’t mail a postcard. The floors are noisy because they are not carpet. The only nice people were the bartenders. Pancakes and waffle served cold. Fresh cooked eggs are extra. The room service isn’t really room service because they said they don’t have a full kitchen (but they do a breakfast buffet?). There is no way this place is a 4 star. The shower water pressure is terrible and the bottoms of the showers are like a trailer.

Amazing hotel and location. Great breakfast. So clean. Rooms beautiful. Only 2 stops on water bus from the train station.m. So clean and quiet. It’s about a 5 min walk in from water bus. It’s a great little area with restaurants and fruit and grocery store. It’s more residential. Little pubs where the university students hang out. Great to sit and people watch. Large church and the area is walkable and safe. Lots to see. Explore. Nothing is cheap. Be prepared. Buy the water bus pass. Get on and off when ever you want. So much to see. For sure 10 to 15 k per day of Walking easily. We didn’t do any gondola or private tour. The water bus wjll show you the main canals.

Amazing hotel, you basically pay for what you pay for. The morning breakfast was amazing, the room was clean and well decorated with murano glass figures. The location just a walk from one of the stops of water bus. The plaza where is located had some good places to eat. The staff recommended Taverna Capitan Uncino, the food was amazing, decently priced, and service was great.
