This hotel was perfect for our 4 night stay, clean, safe, quiet, convieniently situated, beautiful and breakfast was delicious. We didn't particularly need them but staff were discreet and helpful. Would definitely stay again next time i visit Venice.

Excellent location! Lots of steps to get luggage into lobby - not good!!! But - gondola and water taxi stop at front door to hotel. No hot water first and second nights but working in morning one of the days. Breakfast was fair. Staff VERY accommodating and kind.

Property was in a great location, very safe, quiet after 10-11pm and quiet in the morning. Breakfast was good and very convenient with a good view! Bathroom was spacious with great water pressure and plenty of hot water, hvac worked great. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the fact they stored our luggage after we checked out before we had to go back to the train station. Would definitely stay here again.

The location is near the Rialto bridge and not far from many tourist attractions. You can catch a water taxi up to the front of the hotel. The staffs were very friendly and gave many good recommendations. There were many great restaurants nearby. The hotel itself is beautiful and we love our stay there
