We loved our king bed viewed room a lot. Breakfast also very delicious and good selection. The location is about 6 minutes walk from Plaza Roma ( bus/taxi station/people mover) with 2 bridges and a good 15-20 min walk to Rialto bridge.

This hotel was in a great location on the Grand Canal away from the crowd by the Rialto Bridge. Very nice boutique type hotel. Our 1st time to Venice and we loved it. Staff was very helpful with making dinner Reservations for us and arranging transportation for us. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast provided many different options. However, be prepared that most dishes are served cold, but everything was good none the less. We would definitely stay here again.

we loved this hotel, and the proximity to the train station and piazza Roma - where you catch the bus or taxi to the airport. The trade off is that you are situated on the outskirts of Venice, a quiet area but a 30 minute walk to SAN Marco square. We appreciated all the walking. As for the hotel, it is Lovely. We stayed in the annex building, separate from the main hotel, on the 3rd floor. Our room fit 4 of us, my daughters slept on a sofa and a cot - totally fine. The room was beautifully appointed, elegant but cozy atmosphere. The bathroom was stunning, with an excellent shower. The staff were helpful, and the extra 15 euro buffet breakfast delicious.

A wonderful hotel, with a great location opposite the station. Felt truly Venetian. The bar staff were lovely and the receptionist was so helpful. Arranged a day trip for us via private water taxi to Murano with no cost, just tip to the driver. Would highly recommend.

I cannot say enough about this beautiful hotel! We were in the family suite in the annex building. The room was stunning in design and absolutely spotless! The hotel staff were friendly and knowledgeable, ensuring we had everything we could possibly need. The location was superb; a very close walk from the train station! We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again should we have the opportunity!

The location was wonderful, right on the Canal and across the canal from the train station. We had a beautiful junior suite that was spacious and faced the canal. The staff was amazing. They carried bags when the lift was being repaired, arranged transportation to the airport, gave directions, made dinner reservations, and even packed us breakfast to go for an early morning flight. It was lovely in every way and we highly recommend.

Family suite in nearby location was spacious and just what we needed. Breakfast was not included but we had very early morning starts so would not have used it anyway. Staff were very helpful and even arranged last minute transfers. Location was directly across from train station and walking distance to major sites.
