Excellent boutique hotel in an amazing location! Only 5 minutes to Saint Mark’s Square, and in the opposite direction 5 minutes to the Rialto Bridge. This hotel is incredibly clean and has wonderful staff.

Location of this hotel is very convenient to Rialto water taxi and easy to find. Also very close to St. Mark’s square. Lots of wonderful shopping and restaurant choices all around. Rooms comfortable, had a lovely canal view. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was wonderful.

Located in a central place, an old mansion, pretty dated and three floors with no lift...small rooms...air-conditioned, some staff needs basic customer training...breakfast very very ordinary...looks like bread and croissants bought from local supermarket and very few options....the staff whistling around...limited seating space...overall a three star hotel with good location...nothing special...no views from the rooms...

Good location. This was our first time in Venice. Staff was amazing. Room attendant was great. Can’t beat the location. Close to tourist attraction. View of canal was great. You have to leave your room key at the front desk each time you leave. It’s an old fashion key. One less thing you have to carry. It was no trouble at all. Would stay here again. Remember the rooms are small- this is an older hotel.

This is a lovely, very clean hotel. Our room had a beautiful little balcony over a canal where gondolas passed below. Morning breakfast is basic but well done and all we needed to get started for our day. The front desk staff was very helpful and carried our luggage up the stairs for us - despite other reviews that complained about this. Excellent location! Would stay here again!

Such a beautiful small hotel in the center of everything. It was very classic Italian style which is what I wanted for my experience the first time in Venice, and it was very close to everything. Recommended for couples!

Beautiful hotel full of character.

Beautiful hotel right in the heart of Venice. Although the room was tiny, it was clean and comfortable. We could walk to all of the top sites in Venice. I would highly recommend.
