The welcome was warm and check-in was quick, efficient but remained friendly and the Reception staff spoke excellent English. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable with a comfy pillow. The bar staff were friendly with great English and were able to recommend a drink for me when I was undecided. Overall, I recommend this hotel with it being on the 4L bus route to take you into Venice. An added bonus is Mestre railway station is a 10 minute walk away if you want to go further afield.

For a hotel one night and close to the airport this is great. Stayed here prior to my early flight out of Marco Polo airport. Bus is right outside of your door to go into Venice for a few hours. Great staff. Parking is easy

Great location.

A group of us stayed at this hotel rather than in Venice as it was much more cost effective. Only a 10 min walk from the Mestre train station or just over the road the 4L bus gets you to Venice in 20 mins. The room was spotless and the cleaner did a great job. Breakfast was ok and the bar staff were super efficient. We will stay again next year.

Ambassadors Hilton Hotel

The hotel was fantastic. A very stylish and high end hotel and service. The staff are the best part. Very helpful offering personal tips for travel with buses, taxis and maps. Just beautiful people! Oh and the food was excellent too, loved the breakfasts.

Recently refurbished. Staff were great. Cheery and helpful. Hotel was very clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was good with all you could need. Hotel is 10 mins walk from rail station and 20 mins from Mestre centre with its square and nice place to drink coffee and eat.I would certainly recommend this hotel

You can’t ask for a better location when traveling into Venice , bus stop 20 seconds outside the hotel for 15min trip into Venice and 25 min trip to airport. Clean nice and tidy However we had poor sleep as the windows do not open and are blocked with a shutter (clearly for safety policy) but restricts the airflow , the aircon is not strong enough and my partner had to get up multiple times in the night to try and cool down in the bathroom (which didn’t really work). We saw other reviews about the hotel being unable to provide a fan so we didn’t bother These hotel would be a 5/5 if the airflow and temp was sorted
