Great old palace - wonderful stay

Hotel is in a great location and we had a great stay. Try to get a room with a canal view. Luca at front desk was super helpful.

Property interior decor was very pleasing to the eye. The view just outside the main entrance was also good because of the canal,bridge and old surrounding buildings were right in front of you. The breakfast selection was also good. The outside eating area was very attractive. Very satisfied.

The hotel was in a great location for us. Located right on the canal by train, airport bus and water bus stations. Lots of lovely restaurants nearby and a lovely but 20 minute walk to San Marco, but we enjoyed lots of beautiful places on this walk. The hotel staff were lovely and really helpful. Breakfast was really nice. Rooms were nice and bed was very comfortable. Would recommend and return to stay

We upgraded to a deluxe room with a view of the canal. The room was clean, roomy and had an amazing view. The staff was friendly and the free breakfast was great l. This hotel is in a great location. I would highly recommend staying here.

Lovely little hotel in the heart of Venice. Luca was so helpful in getting us around town and suggesting dining options and even called and set up a reservation for us. The bar was a nice place to unwind at day end and the garden breakfast was amazing! So many food options for breakfast and a quaint atmosphere. We chose this hotel because it was a close walk to the train station. I would definitely stay here in the future.
