Amazing stay with great morning breakfast more than expected. Reception Nadia and her colleague were wonder helpers. Suggest two restaurants to eat both have good lunch and dinner and very close to the hotel. If I visit Venice I will definitely stay with them again.

The property was very clean and taken care of. The building is a historic older building in Venice and very clean. Great A/C too especially because we were in a heat wave. We had stayed at another hotel in Venice and in Croatia during our trip which were great too. The only thing we noticed was that the staff during breakfast was not warm and welcoming at all. Maybe a language barrier, not sure. But the food was great and the dining area was very clean and the staff was continually cleaning up and restocking items.

Great location and wonderful staff in a cool authentic Venetian hotel. Hotel itself was a bit tired. The towels, bedding and furniture was well worn. No air conditioning before April 15th. Overall, a good value and nice place to stay in an expensive tourist city.

The staff was very helpful with setting up any tours or transfer services when needed. We liked the fact that you could drop off your room key when you left and picked it back up on your return. This took the worry away of losing your room key. We loved the greenery in the cozy court yard and the breakfast provided to start off ones day. The only complaint or improvement would be with providing a more comfortable bed in the room to sleep in. My wife and I both woke up with stiff lower backs in the morning. We only really slept 4 to 5 hours of sleep tossing and turning trying to get comfortable enough sleep.

From the time we checked in and checked out on our 4 night stay everything was flawless. We were greeted by the lovely Eleanor who was the kindest and most informative young lady. All staff at this hotel are hard working, hospitable and versed in English. The room was clean, spacious, air conditioning worked well and everything you would hope for to feel like you are in old time Venice. Just be aware, the shower can spray and leak onto the floor. We remedied this quickly by rolling up a hand towel and placing it against the shower panel on the inside of the shower. We stayed in a top floor canal view room and I would highly recommend this, it is part of the experience. Breakfast is included in your room price and served in a lovely courtyard on the main level. The food was delicious and always fresh. Many items to choose from including juices, milk, tea, many different coffees, eggs, bacon, pastries, breads, cereals, fruit, salad, meats, cheeses, yogurt and the list goes on.
