A real gem with gorgeous rooms that are clean and well maintained. It’s in a quiet area a short walk away from the major attractions Hotel is accessible for water taxi drop off and a few minutes from the Vaporreto. The breakfast is reasonable however they have great gluten free options which were perfect for our coeliac daughter. Overall 10/10

Staying here felt like being part of the real Venice. The hotel is located within the island's charming maze of narrow streets, giving us an authentic Venetian experience away from the crowds. Great area, not too crowded or noisy. Hotel was lovely and comfortable but shower over bath was wonky and unstable and wouldn’t stay in correct direction! And perhaps more choice of cereals for breakfast. Less chocolate and more healthy type muesli or granola!

Beautiful hotel and perfectly located just a stone’s throw from Casino de Venezia. The staff were friendly, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The hotel was ideally situated between the main tourist area, transportation options, and the quieter streets that aren’t always overcrowded. Highly recommended!

A gem! Our room was absolutely stunning. We got a suite and both our and kids rooms were much larger and well appointed than we expected. In a very quiet local neighborhood but just a 5-10 minute walk away from all the sites you want to see. Great breakfast, and staff was very nice!

Standard Continental Breakfast, but does the trick. Staff is exceptional. Location is nice and quiet, but 10-15 minute walk from major attractions. Rooms were clean. Decor is a little old, but basically need room to get some sleep and shower. Would definitely recommend this place, especially for the fantastic staff.
