Clean and basic at a good price

Great location and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were VERY small and basic (especially for our family of 3) but for just a few nights it worked out fine.

The room is small but clean and kept well. The air conditioning worked extremely well and the location is excellent. The staff were pleasant and Hector helped us with good tips for our stay. We would absolutely stay here again.

It's a very well located hotel, everything is within walking distance, the hotel is clean and the staff are very kind and attentive! I even had cakes for my birthday with a little personalized note, we have very good memories, thank you very much!

This is a hidden gem in Venice. Close to the train station. In a main thoroughfare but very quiet. Close to shops and restaurants and on the opposite side of San Marcos square with the water taxi virtually at the front door. The staff were pleasant and checkin quick and efficient. The hotel was spotless and while there was a kettle with tea and coffee provided there was no fridge. However the supermarket is very close by. Loved this place and would definitely stay again

Perfect location at a reasonable price

Stepping off the train at Venice St Lucia (Ferrovia) to the breathtaking sight of the Grand Canal was followed by an easy 5 minute walk to the hotel. It's super sparkling clean and in a perfect location. Easy, quick checkin found me in a comfortable room with a good layout, the bathroom completely separate from the bedroom area. Good clean, fresh bedlinen and daily room cleaning made my stay super comfortable. Also, the wooden shutters eliminated noise and light so great sleep quality. Nearby are the more reasonable priced restaurants and you're 2 minutes from Ferrovia vaporeto pier. Price was good and all staff very pleasant and good with English.
