Hotel Abbazia was a gem—super conveniently located to public transportation (railway station and Piazzale Roma) and the Grand Canal but set back on a quiet side street. The staff was extremely friendly, accommodating and helpful. Room was great—comfortable bed, effective AC, reasonably priced.

A great location if you’re taking the train in, and a big breakfast. They were very helpful with my nut allergies with the food as well. The room was small but comfortable. A very unique convenient place to stay.

We liked that the a/c in the room is cold especially we stayed during the heat wave and after walking in the hot sun for a few hours, coming into the room that’s cool was soo good. We also liked that it is so close to the train station and we didn’t need to bring our luggage into the water bus.
