Nice hotel - is new so they are still doing construction around the area but we had an amazing time there and is convenient since there is boat transportation at all times to and from the main attractions in Venice. Breakfast was great and staff was so friendly.

The location was super easy to access via water, Taxi, and the hotel is new and the breakfast was great. However, the room had no air conditioning at all, and although the rooms were soundproof, the windows were not, so traffic, people laughing, basically a mouse moving was heard clear as day all night long. We spent one night, and got a great deal, so it was worth it.

Hotel is new and clean but the rooms are super small and the beds uncomfortable. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere and the breakfast was not very good. It was the least enjoyable place we stayed in Italy.

Brand new and thoughtfully designed hotel. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained — really appreciated the attention to detail. The only downside was the breakfast. While there were many options, the quality didn’t match the rest of the experience. Even the scrambled eggs lacked real flavor — not sure if it was due to the ingredients or the preparation. Still, overall a great stay and I would consider returning.

The hotel is very clean and the rooms are lovely. The location is half an hour walk from the centre which was convenient for us. The only issue was the very horrible smell in the elevators that never got fixed. I would also expect a 4 star hotel to provide slippers but 9ther than that we were happy

The room is small. And the hotel is located at the edge of Venice, no stores except a small shop. It would take a good half hour to city center…BTW, the hotel asked 100 euro extra for “security deposit” and refrigerator in room is empty.

The property is new. Its OK. We had some hiccups like the fact that we were not told that from April to July if you dont have a special ticket, you cant enter downtown, we had to ask twice for toilet paper as there wasnt any in the room, we had a special birthday amenity scheduled that they forgot about, we were charged about 300 € by mistake, we had booked a king size bedroom and they have us a doble bedroom. All these things were fixed, however would have been nice not to deal with them. Also the hotel is far from downtown, so a little extra tip on how to move around by the hotel would have been appreciated since really there is nothing close by.

We were allocated a dirty unmade room and it took one hour until 1.30an to get a clean room which wasn't the type we paid for, the breakfast was extremely poor quality. The hotel said there is nothing they can do regarding the poor service.

The hotel is located directly across from the ACTV making it simple to travel into the Venice stops. I loved the location. It is also approx. 30 minutes to the Marco Polo Airport and the hotel offered to arrange our transportation in the early morning hours to the airport. My biggest and only complaint was that I had paid in advance for two rooms, each with kingsize beds. I showed up around 10am understanding that check-in was at 3pm. But, The woman at the front desk was kind enough to accomodate me with one of the rooms, as I had reserved. She also pre-checked me for the 2nd room at that time. In the afternoon, I returned for the 2nd room. We were given a room with 2 single beds. The individual at the front desk was different and not helpful nor gave me what I had paid for in advance. I believe a credit should have been offered or should have been made if they could not deliver what I had reserved and paid in advance.

No me gusto el doble cargo que tuve por la tarifa de una noche, reclame ese mismo día, ya que había cancelado por Expedia, ellos indicaron que había un problema entre Expedia y el hotel Hampton, pero igual me cargaron la tarifa dos vence y hasta ahora no me reembolsan a mi tarjeta de crédito. Puse un mail de reclamo y no dan respuesta. I didn’t like being charged twice for the rate of one night. I filed a complaint that same day, as I had already paid through Expedia. They said there was an issue between Expedia and the Hampton hotel, but they still charged me the rate twice, and I have yet to receive a refund on my credit card. I sent a complaint email, but they haven’t responded.

I would like to start by saying that this property is at an excellent location if you want to stay in Venice (technically, Tronchetto). It is 5 min.walk from the Vaperetto station (where self serve machines are available 24 hours to buy tickets and the vaperettos run all night from this stop) to Venice city. It is also next to big carparks and has its own carpark with 100 car capacity(29euros/day-cheapest in the area) but don't expect to see any shops/restaurants near by except for a small snackbar/Tabacchi at Vaperetto station. What I didn't like was that even after booking a king room a month in advance, I was given a queen size room after some back and forth discussion with the staff. I found the room (we had big suitcases) and bed small for the 2 of us and the mattress uncomfortable, same as the pillows. All in all I will return once the hotel staff is accustomed to deal with the customers (the hotel opened on Tuesday and we checked in on Saturday).

Situated in quite an industrial area the walk from the train station took about 20 mins, but was a little long winded. The people mover close by took minutes for e1.50 and once at Tronchetto is then a couple of minutes walk to the hotel. A lot of building work going on around and the walk up to the hotel has yet to be completed, no shops or restaurants. Shiny new build so everything pristine and modern. Warmly greeted and swiftly checked in, but swiftly returned as key wouldn't work. Sorted, we found king room 2085 modest in size, the bathroom seeming larger by comparison. Fresh, clean modern decor, lovely toiletries but no slippers or robes. Tea, coffee and bottled water, also handy water refill stations near the lifts. Huge TV and different lighting options. Plenty of plug and USB sockets, hanging and storage space. View was of the internal courtyard, but we later enjoyed the outside seating area there, with comfy sofas. Breakfast was enjoyable, good selection of hot and cold being continually replenished and kept tidy. Latte was just hot milk and took a few attempts!! Very pleasant stay and with the Tronchetto being a hub for transport it meant we had a few minutes walk to catch the Airport bus. Would certainly stay here again.
