It was easy access to the main street that takes you around Venice. Lots of restaurants and shops near by. Negative things were no elevator. Steep stairs. Small room. Great service from the staff.

Great location and helpful staff

Fantastic location, lovely hotel with really friendly and helpful staff. No breakfast room but was lovely to have your breakfast pre ordered and delivered to your room at the time you choose.

The hotel was in a great location, far enough away from the big sites that crowds were not huge. The shower would be great for a person the size of a skinny jockey, unfortunately I'm not, so unusable for me.

Excellent stay! The staff were super friendly and helpful with everything. The room was a lot bigger than expected. Location was fantastic (especially checking in/ out, the walk to the train station/from the waterbus was relatively painless with 2 big bags), super easy to get everywhere and close enough to the main attractions to come and go throughout the day. Will definitely come back!!

Great location, fantastic staff and lots of food options around. Really easy to get around. Room was stock standard but too tiny for 2 suitcases. Beware of leaving the windows open, you will be eaten alive

Great Location

The entire staff was so helpful all the way through. Amazing room with a great view to the canal. The only issue is the size of the stand up shower was extremely small. Also remember you need to pay a daily 4.00 city fee not part of the total price of the stay.

This place was a great central location, and the staff were just fantastic, Anna, Anna, Marco, and Tommaso. They were so helpful with directions, help print off our boarding passes for our cruise and just had a lot of helpful information on things to go see and where to eat and we’re so friendly and welcoming. The hotel was great I would just recommend that there be some shelving added in the bathroom for personal items like toothbrushes, etc.. When I return to Venice, we will definitely stay here!

It's a great little hotel, my room was very small but I knew that going when I booked it. The room was clean and had a private bath, no dresser. Two kinda negatives 1) there is no elevator if you can't do stairs this is not your hotel. 2) it's a little difficult to find; so let me help you'll cross I believe it's the 2nd bridge there will be a store on your right called Carpisa right across from it there is a little alley go down the and it's right there. tip Ristorante Serenissima Pizza give it a try the spicy penne was amazing.

The check-in process went smoothly. They were very helpful with giving you directions and food options around Venice. Here the following issues we had: 1. There was no remote provided for the air conditioning in your room, and you were unable to open your window, because of mosquitoes because the windows had no screens. 2. When we arrived, they had thunderstorms and one windows in our room was leaking all night. 3. Both bath towels in the bathroom were dirty/stained. 4. The lobby staff only works 8 AM to 8 PM and anything after that you’ll have to wait until the next day for assistance, which was very inconvenient.

Estadia maravilhosa! Fomos recebidos por Tommaso e ele foi a melhor pessoa! Muito gentil e solícito, nos deu um mapa e várias dicas sobre a cidade. A localização era ótima, bairro seguro e com muitas opções de restaurantes e lojas. Nosso quarto era grande, limpo e confortável, com máquina de café, cápsulas e biscoitos de cortesia, com reposição diária. Amamos! Com certeza ficaríamos aqui novamente!

Problema na localização, porque há problema para encontrar o hotel. O café da manhã é limitado, ou seja você tem que escolher o que vai comer e só, e ainda seria entregue, devendo o hóspede deixar o papel com as opções do seu café na recepção para ser entregue. Outro negativo é que a recepção não é 24 horas, ficando o hóspede com as chaves do prédio para entrar e sair, causando insegurança.
